    <summary type="html">The foods in America were fry breads and meat corn , wild greens. The ealier times when &#xD;
we committed the rime of slave owning  the folks enslaved worked long difficult hours commonly living on greens and fat back sometimes corn bread.  Corn, legumes, wheat , wild greens, sea food, fish and bufflo was our earliest native  foods. It was healthy food and still is . we don't eat bufflo anymore that i know of.</summary>

    <summary type="html">Wouldn't have believed it, til I started running with SCA members.  I have an affinity for peasant religious culture and other daily techniques for a thriving quality of life.&#xD;
I've developed a love affair for the peasant survival food known as 'Blood Pudding'.  Perhaps a feistier tool to ward off influenza than FDA vaccinations.....</summary>
